Job Description
Kindergarten teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children.
Support the Admissions Officer and Document Controller with the daily administrative running of a busy Admissions Office.
Respond promptly to a large volume of incoming enquiries both via email and telephone about the Institute, its programs, and the admissions process.
Performs a variety of clerical and technical duties involving student registration, admission and records maintenance.
Conduction and coordinating the admission tests, timely calculation and announcement of the results to the Admission Officer and parents.
Process applications from enquiry to offer efficiently and accurately using the Student Information System.
Supports the Admissions and Records area in a variety of duties including data entry, customer service, and telephone support.
Assists students by providing accurate information regarding registration and transcript requests.
Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply the governing rules, regulations, and policies of registration and admissions.
Ensure that all documents are filed.
Updating details of the students in the school ERP system.
Providing excellent customer-focused service to prospects and applicants.
Responsible for original documents handling and timely filing and keeping record.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the school management authorities.
