Job Description
- Responsible to follow application procedures of Window film.
- To support team members with the application jobs at site.

Skills

Job Description
- Schedule meetings of QBIT team, support visitors and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of QBIT Team. Arranges the schedules as planned for the QBIT Activities to help achieve the objectives and results outcome

Job Description
- Assisting and supporting the QBIT Manager in establishing communication across all functional heads/Kaizen Leaders and staff to foster understanding and consensus with BIT Activities
- Lead the QBIT team in compiling & creating reports and visualize the status of activities in QBIT Obeya Room

Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and administering the finance Department projects and activities .
- Managing Finance staff attendance system including preparation of monthly overtime, leave, absentees report after the approval of manager to be submitted to HR.
- Liaise with external parties – banks, vendors, Customers and government authorities as per the direction given by the manager.
- Managing financial data on spreadsheets, databases or other software programs. Responsible for analyzing financial data to prepare reports for managers as required.
- Reading and interpreting financial documents and data & sharing the feedback. Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning.

Job Description
Responsible for the creation of digital and graphic design concepts for the delivery and communication of ideas and messages that inspire and inform AAB customers and the market in general.
- Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, animations, video editing electronic brochures and presentations that reflect and promote the brand’s image.
- Collaborate with all business units/departments in providing designs for options, receiving feedback on conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables.
- Maintain familiarity with customer demographics in developing an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral within approved guidelines.
- Execute various aspects of production including but not limited to digital retouching, image editing, special effects, as well as file manipulation and layout for the final production file to be printed or circulated.
Credit & collections Associate
Job Description
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress of debt collection and escalate issues encountered with customers
- Work with Finance Supervisor in handling risky customer accounts
- Properly allocate receipts to corresponding invoices based on payment details
- Monitor overdue invoices department-wise
- Follow with sales for supporting documents of credit sales (i.e. LPO, contract, etc.)
