Foreman – Electrical – (000099)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end timely jobs/assignments’ execution, team coordination and leadership; coordination with other sections for support; follow up on jobs/assignments, report the progress and request support from Line Manager (if and when required) in order to accomplish the activities at the earliest
• Responsible for Assistant Foreman and other team members’ performance
• Coordinate with other section’s personnel in order to accomplish the activities on time and request for support from the Line Manager in case of any bottle necks
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and work towards improvement of team members and facility/tools/equipment
• Ensure strict supervision of team personnel towards maximum productivity and efficiency with safety and quality first in mind
• Follow up strictly the assignments, organize and coordinate to execute the tasks/activities as per the approved documentation (drawings, specifications and procedures)
• Supervise the process of requesting materials /services for electrical works and follow up regarding delivery with Procurement Dept.
• Ensure regular housekeeping is performed and workplaces are maintained in high standard conditions
• Supervise the process of calibration of electrical equipment in coordination with QA/QC section and ensure its implementation
• Supervise work execution within the assigned budgeted hours and ensure that accurate bookings are maintained
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
High School Diploma or Electrical Diploma
Professional Experience:
• 5-10 years’ experience in the field of marine electrical repair
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Heavy industry experience in electrical equipment
• Shipyard experience is required.
Material Coordinator – (000866)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinating with office and stores for despatching of materials and equipment’s to the concerned vessel on their scheduled maintenance day at Ras Laffan port.
• Responsibly checking each items listed on the delivery note prepared by storekeeper before loading onto the vehicle for Ras Laffan port.
• Handing materials/equipment to the concerned person on board the vessel and getting delivery notes signed.
• Coordinating with the vessels Construction Supervisor/General Foreman on the maintenance day for backload of materials/equipment’s to be sent onshore for repairs/calibration
• Preparing material exit pass (MEP) from Nakhilat as per the vessel despatch report.
• Maintaining Inventory of equipment and materials in use, in store and under repairs at various locations.
• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
Secondary School Certificate (SSC)
Professional Experience:
More than 5 years in an Offshore shipping Company
Geographic Experience:
Good knowledge and understanding of Construction equipment’s & consumables
Computer Skills:
Should possess basic knowledge of MS office.
Language Skills:
Essentially Fluent in written & spoken English
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Should be familiar with requirements of construction equipment’s/materials
Specialist – Economics and Planning – (000937)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis:
• Assist the CEO in the annual strategic planning process. Develop financial models to ensure smooth and accurate development of the business plan.
• Responsible for the analysis and investigation of business unit’s budget vs. actual variances, and provide concise commentary on the cause of variances, summarize information and forecast trends.
• Monitor, evaluate and provide feedback on KPI reporting on a monthly basis, including preparation of Vessel Utilization and Off-hire reports.
• Prepare power-point presentations for management meetings such as quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare company, project and operational profit and loss analysis.
Costing and Invoicing:
• Manage the revenue invoices generated to clients and liaise with them to solve contractual and financial issues.
• Construct data for efficient Management Information System and monitor the data to provide appropriate level of information to Management
• Support Offshore Department with commercial activities including tenders, bids, pricing and contracts.
• Support Accounts Department during monthly closing.

Commercial Executive – (000618)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve long-term organizational goals by focusing on business development tactics by way of any suitable opportunity identified within M.E or beyond
• Actively market Sipping Agencies’ services, interact with clients regularly and build relationships
• Responsible for estimation of bid costs, review and timely submission of Pre-Qualifications, bid preparation and submission in consultation with Commercial Manager
• Review, update and finalize status of Spot and Term Bids status sheet
• Timely renew customer contracts and ensure close follow up with clients
• Provide market intelligence and analysis for developing business cases for investment in newer assets, expansion in new geographies
• Attend conferences / trade shows as approved by Corporate and provide regular updates on market intelligence
• Coordinate with other commercial/sales staff on market and commercial activities as necessary
• Update CRM with new customer reports, visits, leads, opportunities, complain logs, lost business, and identify/coordinate with the Manager – Commercial on the action required

Senior Marketing & Events Executive – (000878)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, design and manage events, production, and sponsorships, including coordination and execution of event communications. These include but not limited to: local, regional and international seminars, AGM, trade shows, client events, business meetings, sponsorships, conferences, exhibitions and social functions to help expand Milaha brand name globally.
• Make arrangements for events and meetings involving Milaha VIP guests (including Board of Directors), and ensure all arrangements are handled in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare an annual external and internal event calendar locally and internationally to seek interest and set budget in advance. Identify event goals.
• Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on event programs
• Manage the day-to-day relationship and activities with external vendors and event partners including all event logistics, fiscal requirements and event budget
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and coordinate with other departments to identify their needs and support their event programs as required
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media, Advertising, Public Relations or any related field
Professional Experience:
– 4 – 6 years in guest relations, media, marketing, communication or a related field
– GCC / Middle East experience a plus
